| Abstract: | In the course of transferring from traditional library to digital library, the construction of library staffs should not only be step by step, but also carry on the past and open a way for future; strergthen service sense, cultivate creative spirit; implement the thought bases on person to introduce encouraging and competitive mechanism; attach importance to the cultivation of clerk's books informatics and computer network technique to foster comprehensive type personnel. |
