摘    要:成都理工大学化工学科的科研特色和优势造就了专业人才培养的特色和优势,并创造了良好的就业率。成都理工大学化工专业人才培养的经验表明科研导师制、课外科技活动、特色实验室对本科生开放是科研融入教学的有效手段,也是将科研优势转化为人才培养优势的重要举措;特色课程群是构建专业特色的基本要素;加强实践教学环节,重视实习基地建设是培养应用型人才的基本保障。

Abstract:The scientific research characteristic and predominance in the field of chemical engineering in CDUT have brought up the characteristic and predominance in cultivating talents,and also created high employment rate.The experiences in chemical engineering talents cultivating in CDUT show that the scientific research tutorial system,the scientific activities after class,and the featured laboratories opened to the undergraduates are the availability methods for scientific in harmony with teaching,and also are the important measures for the scientific research predominance transferring to the talents cultivating predominance.The special course group is the basis to building specialty characteristic.Intensifying the practice teaching and attaching importance on the practice bases construction are the basic guarantees for the applied talents cultivating.
