| 摘 要： | 金融犯罪是近来年我国经济犯罪中发案率上升较快的一种犯罪 ,尤其是在中国加入WTO以后 ,受国内、国际因素的影响 ,此种犯罪还会呈现出一些新的特点与发展趋势 ,针对这种情况 ,寻找有效的预防对策。

| Abstract: | A kind of crime discussed in the paper that grows faster relatively in our country is the financial crime. Especially after China joins WTO, under the influence of certain factors both at home and abroad, this kind of crime will also show some new characteristics and development trend. Therefore, it is vital to find some countermeasures against such cases. |
