台湾农产品农药残留及其监控研究

农药在现代农业发展过程中起着重要的作用，但大量使用农药所产生的问题，特别是农产品农药残留问题，已成为现代社会日益关注的焦点。台湾具有高农药使用量，低农产品农药残留的特点。为此，文章从台湾农药生产与使用概况出发，在简要介绍台湾农产品农药残留限量的制定、评估及检测方法的基础上，重点就台湾农产品农药残留的监控措施开展研究，并提出台湾农产品农药残留管控的几点启示，以期为祖国大陆的农产品农药残留监控提供借鉴。
