随着计算机科学技术的迅速发展，计算机应用的日益普及，计算机各类程序设计语言也为越来越多的人所掌握； 然而， 软件的功能越强、使用越方便， 软件的开发过程也会越复杂、软件的质量也越难得到保证。目前已有关于大型软件项目开发问题的计论相关专业文章；本文通过对系统工程方法分析、计算机软件的设计，来探索、研究对于非计算机专业的人员如何在中小型软件项目设计的过程中使用系统工程学的方法来提高软件设计的效率和质量

On Application of the System Engineering Methods During the Design Procedure of Computer Software

With the rapid development of computer science and the gradual spread of computer application, computer's various programming languages have been mastered by more and more people; however, in order to make the function of software much more powerful, the use of it even easier, it will be complicated for the software development process and more difficult for the quality guaranteed .In this article,the author manages to find out that the application of system engineering methods will improve the efficiency and quality of software design in the course of working through the analysis of system engineering methods, and the design of computer software.
