论科研机构信息化评价体系的构建

我国从开始研究互联网到正式接入互联网,均以科研为主要目的,在国家竞争日趋激烈的今天,提升科研机构信息化建设水平具有重要的战略意义。首次针对科研机构信息化特点构建了一套科研机构信息化评价指标体系,以期有助于科研机构进行自身信息化建设的横向和纵向比较分析,进行科学决策。

Evaluation Index System of Research Institutions Informatization

The main purpose of the research about Internet and the first use of Internet are all for scientific research,so,enhancing the level of research institutions’ informatization is very important when competition in countries is increasing now.Based on the informatization features of research institutions,the paper builds a set of research institutions’ informatization evaluation index system to help research institutions carry out horizontal or vertical comparative analysis of the informatization and make scientific decisions.
