Knowledge Chain Model Optimization of Inner Enterprise Based on Lean Thinking

Lean thinking can exist generally in many aspects of different enterprises and research fields,because it expands the field and extension of lean production.Knowledge chain provides the premise and basis for studying dynamic mechanism of knowledge flow,which consists of knowledge transferring network.The connotation of lean thinking and the knowledge chain’s conception and models are elaborated.After exploring customer requirements and defining knowledge value,this paper constructs knowledge chain model inner enterprise based on lean thinking and puts forward the corresponding strategies.
