摘    要:复杂网络理论已应用到许多领域,科技创新联盟也是为了现在更多企业、高校等诸多资源的科技创新合作而搭建的合作平台。利用复杂网络理论、加强科技创新联盟运行机制的研究,有利于优化科技创新联盟建设、推动科技创新人才培养、科技创新的发展和企业自主创新水平的提高。

Abstract:Complex network theory is applied to many fields. Now, scientific and technological innovation alliance is built as a cooperation platform in order to more cooperation in science and technology innovation among enterprises, universities, and many other resources. We take advantage of complex network theory, for strengthen research on scientific and technological innovation alliance operational mechanism, and so helping to optimize the construction of them to promote the innovative talents, the development of technological innovation and raising the level of independent innovation.
