| 摘 要： | 通过对新形势下高校辅导员的角色变化与职能拓展的分析，可以看出辅导员的角色出现了多重性、多元化发展的趋势：由过去单一的思想政治教育者角色发展成思想政治教育者、引路人、管理者、教育者、服务者、学者和研究员于一身的多重身份。

| Abstract: | By analyzing the role change and function extension of counsellor in institutions of higher education in new situations finds out the roles of counsellor are developing toward multiple and multivariate performance： counsellor is becoming the integration of ideological and political cultivator, guide, manager, educator, assistant, scholar and researcher from single ideological and political cultivator in the past. |
