新型回转窑在铜阳板泥回收硒中的应用

介绍了恒邦股份公司采用回转窑焙烧回收铜阳极泥中的硒元素中,对回转窑材质等方面进行的实验研究。实验证明,采用新型回转窑在铜阳极泥焙烧蒸硒过程中具有对原料适应性强、焙砂不结块、不结窑、焙砂粒度均匀、硒蒸出率高、能耗低等优点。

Practical Application of the New Type of Rotary Kiln in Recovering Selenium from Copper Anode Mud

This paper introduces the recovery of selenium ti＇om copper anode mud through rotary kiln roasting in Humon Smelting Co. Ltd and the study on materials of rotary kiln which was successfully- applied to the production. The new rotary kiln which was employed in selenium distillation by roasting copper anode mud is proved to have advantages of raw--material adaptability, calcining without agglomeration, non--sealing inside of rotary kiln, uniform particle size of calcining, high distillate efficiency of selenium and low energy consumption.
