| 摘 要： | 企业从事国际贸易,国际货运代理是不可缺少的一个环节.随着供应链思想的深入人心,货运代理企业也利用自身优势向第三方物流企业演化.如何科学客观地选择国际货运代理为自己服务成为企业必须面对的重要问题.本文利用层次分析法为货运代理商的选择建立了指标评价体系,通过专家的决策建立评价指标的三角模糊数,然后使用重心法解模糊化,从而使企业能够选择最合适的货运代理商为自己服务.

| Abstract: | The freight forwarder is an indispensable link in international trade. With their own advantage, freight forwarders have had some capacity of third-party logistics. So how to select the fright forwarder objectively to serve themselves has become an important problem to every consignor. This paper makes use of AHP and triangular fuzzy number with the experts' decisions to build an index system, and then uses the centre of gravity method for defuzzification, so that consignors can evaluate and select the best freight forwarder. |
