安徽省战略性新兴产业发展模式研究

在第三次工业革命的推动下，全球新兴产业的技术日趋成熟，组织和生产方式正在变革，安徽省应突破传统的产业架构，洞察未来的产业的发展规律，整合培育优势的产业资源，实现安徽省产业结构的升级和经济发展方式的转变。文章总结了战略性新兴产业本质上存在着政府引导、市场驱动、技术创新和集群协同等几种模式，通过实证分析安徽省战略性新兴产业发展现状的基础上，提出安徽省应当通过＆quot;以集群为目标，以市场为动力＆quot;的发展模式，推动安徽省战略性新兴产业发展，并提出对策建议。

The Study on the Development Model of Strategic and Emerging Industries in Anhui Province

In 21th Century the third industrial revolution, technology based global emerging industry matures, the mode of production and organization mode is changing, Anhui province should break through the constraint of established industry, insight into the future in-dustry profile, cultivate the core ability of the industry, integrate the advantages of industry resources, comprehensive practice transforma-tion and the upgrading of the industrial structure of our province the mode of economic development. This paper summarizes China＆#39;s strategic emerging industry exists technology innovation, government guidance, market-driven and cluster coordination development pat-tern, in the empirical analysis of the status quo of Anhui strategic emerging industry, points out that Anhui province should carry out ＆quot;to the group as the goal, mode of development of strategic emerging industries to market as the driving force＆quot;, and put forward the some countermeasures and suggestions.
