| 摘 要： | 在地勘单位实行企业化经营过程中 ,财务管理工作的外部环境 ,财务管理目标、内容、风险等发生了重要变化。本文结合地勘单位的实际情况 ,分析了财务管理工作变革的原因 ,针对地勘单位改革发展的新要求 ,提出了改进财务管理工作的措施。

| Abstract: | After geological exploration organizations become business enterprises, great changes have taken place to external environment of financial management, his objective, context, risks and so on. In the light of specific conditions of geological exploration organizations, the paper analyses reasons of financial management reform and offers the proposals for improving financial management in accordance with the new requirements for reform and development of Geological Exploration Organization. |
