| 摘 要： | 不论是实体企业还是虚拟企业,具备核心能力及核心竞争力都是十分重要的。实体企业与虚拟企业在培育、强化其核心能力、核心竞争力方面,以及两类企业所拥有的核心能力及核心竞争力的性质、特点等方面有许多相同之处,但由于实体企业与虚拟企业在组织结构、运行方式等方面存在很多不同,因此两者的核心能力与核心竞争力之间也有许多不同。研究分析它们之间的异同,对于两类企业培育和强化核心能力以及核心竞争力并使其更好地发挥作用很有意义。

| Abstract: | The core ability and core competence of both the entity and virtual enterprises are very important.The two kinds of enterprises have a lot in common in cultivation and enhancement of the core ability and core competence,as well as their property and characteristics.On the other hand,the differences in structure and function lead to a lot of dissimilarities between the core ability and core competence.Therefore,the researches on the differences and similarities can help to cultivate and strengthen the core ability and core competence. |
