Features of International Supermonopoly Capitalism and its Decline

Recently,the international financial crisis reflects the features of the fundamental contradiction of capitalism that has developed into a certain period. During the 60 plus years after 1945,the monopoly capitalism led by US has entered a new phase:international supermonopoly capitalism,with seven distinct features. The basic feature is to dominate the economic globalization by combining the international monoply of financial-fictitious capital and monopoly of information technology. After four stages of development,the America's financial expansion and dollar kingdom has turned US into the largest "bubble kingdom",which led to the worldwide economic crisis. Such crisis intensified the three major contradictions and announced the failure of theories and policies of new liberalism. Then the world economy has come to a new turning point.
