| Abstract: | This paper states the current problems of dustrial clusters in Hunan Province,analyzes the reason of cluster's failure,to pursue the realization routes for small and medium-sized enterprises to accomplishes mutual aid and competition,it suggestes small and medium-sized enterprises participate in regional cooperation by organizational innovation base on professional cooperative organizations theory. |
