摘    要:教师的综合能力对学生的实际学习效果有着很大的影响,教师的职业能力是其综合能力的重要部分。以工作过程为导向的课程开发是现代高等职业教育改革的方面,本文探讨了在课程开发过程中,对高职教师职业能力提出的要求,旨在为新时期高职教育的顺利推进奠定基础。

Abstract:Teachers' comprehensive ability has great influence on students' practical learning effect, and teachers' professional ability is an important part of their comprehensive ability. Working process-oriented curriculum development is a part of modern higher vocational education reform. This paper discusses the requirements for teachers' professional ability in the process of curriculum development, to lay a foundation for the smooth implementation of higher vocational education in the new period.
