| 摘 要： | 本文结合内部转移价格研究现状,首先阐述了内部转移价格的基本理论,分别从内部转移价格的基本概念及其转移价格产生的原因两个层面进行了分析研究。分析研究了内部转移价格的方法问题,并对内部转移价格方法进行了新的探索分析,重点阐述了EVA在转移价格里的运用问题。
