高校建设项目应重视安全设施的论证与投入

安全设施是用于预防生产安全事故的设备、设施、装置、构(建)筑物和其他技术措施的总称,建设项目安全设施必须与主体工程同时设计、同时施工、同时投入生产和使用。安全设施投资应当纳入建设项目概算。本文从高校建设项目安全设施现状、存在问题和应采取措施进行分析研究,对建设项目合理布局,防止新工程项目带病投产运行,确保物的本质安全,最大限度地消除和减少潜在的危害,真正作到防患于未然。

The Demonstration and Investment of the Safety Facilities of Construction Project in Colleges and Universities

Safety facilities refer to the equipment, facilities, fittings, building and other technical measures for preventing the production safety accident, and the design, construction and production of the safety facilities must be conducted simultaneously with the main construction project.
