| 摘 要： | 为进一步简化住院病人出院流程,改善病人看病就医感受,努力构建和谐医患关系,在常规窗口结算之外,医院推行"床边结算"模式。采取床边结算便民服务措施后,能够大幅提高患者满意度,简便易行,具有推介和示范意义。

| Abstract: | In order to simplify the inpatients＇ discharge processes, improve the patients＇ feeling of seeing the doctor and industriously build a harmonious doctor-patient relationship, the hospital implements the mode of ＂bedside checkout＂ besides the settlement in the regular windows. The convenience of service measures of bedside checkout can significantly improve the patients＇ satisfaction. It is simple and easy to implement, and it has significance for promotion and demonstration. |
