| Abstract: | Based on the actual requirements of coal industry adjustment and market reform, from the perspective of discipline inspection and supervision of coal enterprise, and combined with ＂eight-word policy＂, this paper discusses the necessity of strengthening and improving style construction of cadres team, then analyses the effective strategies of improving cadres＇ work style construction respectively from ideological and political education, and supervision and management system construction. |
