| 摘 要： | 本文针对检验检疫系统的科技人才的现状进行了研究,探讨了检验检验系统的科技人才综合评价的目标及方法,分析了科技人才管理流程,采用B/S结构,利用.NET技术,通过ODBC数据源访问数据库,开发出一套基于Web的检验检疫科技人才评价信息管理系统。

| Abstract: | This paper studied the status of technology talent for inspection and quarantine system, discusses the aim and method of comprehensive evaluation of scientific and technological personnel inspection system, analyzes the technology talent management process,using B/S structure, using.NET technology, access to the database through the ODBC and data source, developed a set based on the inspection and quarantine technology talent evaluation information management system of Web. |
