| Abstract: | The reform of China＇s IPO system changes the original approval system into a registration system, which has opened the development prologue of public offering funds. To raise funds, the listed companies have to pay attention to the interests of investors and reasonably treatment the relations among listed company investors, creditors and shareholders. |
