| 摘 要： | 文章以西安市电子信息产业为研究对象，依据波特的钻石模型构建了IT 产业竞争力分析模型及其经济指标体系，进而对西安市电子信息产业的竞争状况进行了分析。指出目前西安的电子信息产业与东部发达地区相比差距明显，应从构建西安IT 产业集群、引进人才、技术创新、扩大市场需求以及改进企业组织结构等方面着手来提高其产业竞争力。

| Abstract: | On the basis of Porter’s Diamond model ,this paper scientifically setsup the competitive power model and corresponding index system for IT industry .Through use of the model the author analyses the competitive situation of IT industry in Xi’an and put forward some rational strategies to upgrade their competitive ability . |
