输电线路全寿命周期成本设计

摘    要:电力工程是国家重点投资的基础设施项目,科学的输电线路成本核算能为工程项目的实施提供可靠依据。文章全面贯彻全寿命周期理念,详细分析了输电线路全寿命周期成本的组成、计算方法和计算步骤。以500 kV输电线路为例,详细计算了导线、绝缘子、直线塔、塔材、基础、路径方案等主要部件的LCC,而不是只考虑一次投资,并全面考核各设计方案的技术经济性,最后提出了技术和经济上最优的推荐设计方案。
