空气压缩机故障诊断算法研究

摘    要:文章阐述了基于已有的空气压缩机远程故障诊断技术服务平台,从中获取振动故障样本,以模糊粗糙集理论为技术手段,开发算法从历史数据中自动学习模糊诊断规则,并通过算法和人类专家联合检查学习的规则的正确性。该研究成果将提高空气压缩机远程故障诊断的自动化水平,具有重要的应用价值。

Abstract:Based on existing remote fault diagnosis service platformof air compressor,this research obtains vibration fault samples from it and using fuzzy rough set theory,it develops an algorithm of analysing data from fuzzy diagnosis rules automatically and checks the correctness of rules through the algorithm.The research results will improve the automation level of remote fault diagnosis.Also,the theory results have important reference value on other expert systemdevelopment.
