| 摘 要： | R&D人员的工作效率直接影响着高新技术企业的科研成果及其绩效。近几年来,我国高新技术企业R&D人员的工作效率较低,究其原因,主要是激励机制不完善,应采取有效的措施,提高高新技术企业的经营绩效。
