| 摘 要： | 青年是企业的未来和希望,了解他们的思想状况,洞悉他们的工作特点和规律,是企业做好青年工作的重要任务。新形势下企业青年的思想观念、价值取向、生活方式和工作方式都发生了新的深刻变化,在工作中具体体现为价值取向多元化、个性化、实用化、文化及认知层次高等特点。文章通过对L公司青年的思想状况进行调研分析,总结出企业青年的工作特点与规律,从中探讨开展青年工作的对策与措施。
