| Abstract: | Combined with the career planning situation of power supply enterprise's employees at present,this paper discusses on the problems in business career planning.And based on existing research datas and their own understanding of this issue,gives the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions,with a viewto promote the supply career employees to continuously improve the level of design. |
