摘    要:采用水资源供需平衡的三次平衡理论,对乐滩水库引水灌区二期工程涉及区域的水资源进行供需平衡与配置,确定乐滩水库引水灌区二期工程的最优引水规模,及其在各部门的配置。

Abstract:By use of water three balance theory, water supply-demand balance and allocation was studied for the involved area of Letan Reservoir Irrigation Zone 2nd - stage Project, based on which the optimal water delivery scale and allocation among all departments were determined.
