企业人力资源战略的新选择——蓝海战略

摘    要:自《蓝海战略》出版后,企业战略的概念和理论以及方法在学术界和管理实践中有了新的选择和范式。在人力资源管理日益参与到企业战略的今天,从蓝海战略的角度重新对人力资源战略进行规划和梳理将会给企业带来更大的竞争优势。本文利用战略布局图、四步行动框架、客户效用表格等分析工具,将蓝海思维纳入到人力资源战略管理之中,试图建立企业人力资源的蓝海战略,找到人力资源管理的蓝海区域。

Blue Ocean Strategy is the New Choice of Enterprise Human Resource Strategy

Abstract:After Blue Ocean Strategy being published, the concepts, the theories and the methods of enterprise strategy management have the new choice and paradigm in academia and management practice. With human resource management participating in enterprise strategy, mapping out and combining human resource strategy in terms of Blue Ocean Strategy will bring stronger competitive advantage. The paper brings blue ocean thought into human resource strategy management and tries to establish a blue ocean strategy in human resource management and finds the bule ocean area of human resource management, with tools of strategy layout, four-step action framework and customer utility table.
