There are a series of challenges we will face during exploiting the western region.Tourism industry has the characteristics of acting as the leading industry there.The exploitation of the western regions also provides conditions and opportunity for the tourism industry.The development of the tourism industry in the west should shift to the path of benefits,and build up new developing mode.Measures should be taken from three layers,that is:macroscopic layer,mediumcosmic layer and microcosmic layer so as to bring up the great development of the tourism industry in the western regions.
