摘    要:我国中小流通企业占全国流通企业比重的90%以上,在国民经济中占有重要地位.尽管有了一定程度的发展,但在零售业全面开放的今天,面对激烈的市场竞争,中小零售企业要生存和发展下去仍面临许多问题,如资金不足,企业核心能力缺乏等,政府应给予一定的支持以及促进中小流通企业的发展。
