| 摘 要： | 根据交易成本理论,结合B2B电子商务销售方解决方案的特点,提出了面向B2B电子商务销售方解决方案的交易成本的构成,同时分析了交易流程中各相关因素对交易成本的影响,指出企业优化交易成本的途径,对企业科学地进行交易成本的定量分析,控制和优化销售活动的各个环节具有一定的价值。
