| 摘 要： | 在我国，交通部门对物流企业征收公路养护费、道路通行费、过桥费和运输管理费“四费”存在不合理现象．对物流业发展造成了巨大的障碍。本文论述征收“四费”对我国物流业发展造成的种种障碍，提出开征燃油税是根除这些障碍的唯一办法，并论述开征燃油税对促进中国物流业发展的重要性。
