| 摘 要： | 企业在经营过程中,由于存在投资失策、资金使用效益过低、资产负债率过高和现金流量不足等财务问题可能会遭遇"边缘"状态。企业要及时判断自己所处状态,从财务上进行调整和优化,以走出财务困境,摆脱"边缘"状态。

| Abstract: | Any enterprise may encounter its marginal state in its business due to the financial issues such as investment misstep,capital use inefficiency,high asset-liability ratio and insufficient cash discharge.It is necessary for an enterprise to judge timely its own state and financially make some adjustment and optimization for getting out of the way and breaking away from the marginal state. |
