| 摘 要： | 校企合作彰显高职教育特色,它是一种以市场和社会需求为导向的运行机制,是企业、学校在各自之间利益基础上的一种合作,是一种以培养技术应用型人才和高技能人才为主要目标的人才培养模式。本文结合北京经济管理职业学院金融与证券专业校企合作的实践经验,探索和研究高职教育校企合作人才培养模式的改革与创新。

| Abstract: | As a feature of higher vocational education,school-enterprise cooperation is the mechanism that school and enterprise cooperate based on respective benefits.School-enterprise cooperation guided by market demand for talents and aimed at practical talents training.This paper studied the reform and innovation of talent training models under school-enterprise cooperation,based on the practices in finance department of BIEM. |
