Abstract:Market innovation creation is the basis of enterprise organiztion.To research the market creation is very important to the completion of market systems,and the development of socialism market economiy.In this article,with the aim of reducing the transaction cost,on the basis of the real historical situation of the economic development and business circulation,according to the thinking way of economics,the author put forward four ways of market creation;transaction concentration,transaction ways variation,transaction standardization and the deepening of the transaction division.
