| 摘 要： | 汽轮机油系统清洁度是保证机组的稳定性和安全性的重要因素之一。解决汽轮机油系统清洁度的问题一直是各电厂老大难问题。要解决这个问题,油系统的冲洗工艺异常重要。通过对汽机油系统的冲洗,使管道及设备的清洁度、油中所含颗粒状杂质的大小、多少等指标满足汽轮发电机设备的安全稳定运行要求。

| Abstract: | Turbine oil system cleanliness is an important factor to ensure the stability and safety of unit. Turbine oil system cleanliness solution has been the chronic problem of all plants. To solve this problem, the oil system flushing process is extremely important. Through the oil system steam cleaning, cleanliness of pipe and equipment, oil particulate impurities contained in the oil and other indicators could meet the security and stability of turbine equipment requirements. |
