| Abstract: | Facing the turbulent financial crisis, Shanghai Shipyard Co., Ltd has changed its strategy of ship modeling this year and de- termined to take ＂strengthening effects by projecting focal points ＂ as its guideline, that is, to strengthen the two measures of precision control and man-hour/material quantity management in order to secure ship delivery. |
