摘    要:数字经济的发展导致了工作性质和劳动关系的深刻变革。文章从技术赋权的视角,通过分析数字技术对劳动关系的各个主体进行普惠但不均衡的赋权,发现数字经济条件下中国劳动关系转型不是遵循从个体劳动关系到集体劳动关系的传统路径,而是走向一种新个体劳动关系,其中的作用机制主要有模糊劳动者身份、劳资双方利益共生、工人内部团结机制失效、消费者介入转移矛盾、收益分配规则的公平透明等。

Abstract:The development of digital economy has led to profound changes in the nature of work and labor relations. From the perspective of technological empowerment, by analyzing the inclusive but unbalanced empowerment of various subjects of labor relations by digital technology, this paper finds that the transformation of China's labor relations under the condition of digital economy does not follow the traditional path from individual labor relations to collective labor relations, but towards a new individual labor relations, in which the main mechanism is fuzzy worker identity, commensal profit between labor and capital,failure of workers' internal solidarity mechanism,consumer intervention transfer contradiction,fairness and transparency of income distribution rules,and so on.
