| 摘 要： | 质量管理实践与绩效关系一直是质量管理研究的核心与热点问题。文章从核心实践与绩效的关系、基础实践与绩效的关系、情境对质量管理实践的影响与质量管理实践提升绩效的机理等四个方面对国外质量管理实践研究的进展与存在的不足进行了系统评述,在此基础上,提出未来可能的研究方向。

| Abstract: | The relationship between QM practices and performance is the core and hot topic of quality management research.This paper gives a review on the research progress and existing issues in the field of QM practices and performance from the following four respects: the relationship between infrastructure practices and performance,the relationship between core practices and performance,the effect of situation on QM practices,the mechanism of how QM practices lead to enhancement of firm performance.After that,the author offer suggestions for future research. |
