| 摘 要： | 首先分析我国汽车行业经营现状,然后构建了汽车行业上市公司绩效评价的指标体系,并结合汽车行业上市公司公布的2009年财务报表及有关财务指标,运用因子分析法对汽车行业上市公司的绩效进行了详细的实证分析与评价,最后得出客观的结论.
