我国餐饮废油“能源化”的资源潜力与引导政策

摘    要:开发生物柴油对缓解我国能源约束和保障食品安全有着重要意义。根据本文的测算,自2012年起我国城镇地区每年产生的餐饮废油具备生产生物柴油398万吨以上的潜力,将其用于能源转化的原料不仅能显著提高生物柴油的产量,而且可以消除餐饮废油的潜在危害。但是多种原因致使餐饮废油能源化陷入困境,要促进餐饮废油能源化、增强生物柴油补充我国石油消费的作用,必须采取有效举措阻断其回流餐桌的途径。

Abstract:The exploitation of biodiesel is of great significance for China to remit energy restriction and ensure food safety. According to the calculation in this paper, waste cooking oil in urban areas has potential of the production of over 3.98 million tons of biodiesel annually from 2012, and the use of waste cooling oil as feedstock for energy transformation can greatly increase the output of biodiesel and also eliminate its potential hazards. But energy transformation of waste cooking oil sinks into apparent predicament owing to diverse reasons. In order to promote energy transformation of waste cooking oil, and strengthen the role of biodiesel in replenishing petroleum consumption in China, effective measures must be taken to cut off the backflow of waste cooking oil to dining tables.
