| 摘 要： | 1997-2012年的16年间,重庆房地产业发展迅速,已成为重庆国民经济的支柱产。本文选取1998—2012年的重庆市新建住宅价格指数NRPI和重庆市居民消费价格指数CPI作为分析数据,在平稳性与协整检验的前提下,对NRPI与CPI进行格兰杰因果分析,判断重庆市物价总水品变动与重庆市房地产价格的因果关系。

| Abstract: | From 1997 to 2012, Chongqing real estate industry develops fast, which has obviously be- come the pillar of the national economy. This article selects the 1998-2012 new housing price indexes NRPI in Chongqing and Chongqing＇ s consumer price index CPI as data analysis, on the premise of stationary and cointegration test. Granger causality analysis was carried out between the NRPI and CPI to judge the overall price changes in Chongqing and Chongqing real estate prices |
