新疆新型工业化发展水平在国内地位的变迁

近十几年来,新疆工业经济增长水平与国内水平基本同步,但其发展质量和新型工业化进程如何,需要进行分析与测度。本文利用所定义的新型工业化发展水平的综合指标和七个分项指标分别对反映新疆新型工业化发展各要素在国内地位的变迁进行统计分析与比较,以期获得新疆新型工业化进程中各要素指标与各省相应指标的比较及排序,由此提出新疆在新型工业化进程中值得关注的问题。

On Status Changes of New Industrialization Development in Xinjiang in China

Over the last decade, the level of industrial economic growth in Xinjiang is almost synchronized with the domestic level, however, the quality of its development and the process of new industrialization need analysis and measurement. In this paper, a new type of industrial development is defined by the level of the comprehensive index and seven sub - indicators are developed to reflect the new industrialization in Xinjiang. By making statistical analysis and comparison of status changes of various elements in the new industrialization in Xinjiang to get corresponding comparison and corresponding sequence of factor indexes with other provinces in the process of new industrialization of Xinjiang. Finally, it advances more issues worthy of concern in the process of new industrialization in Xinjiang.
