| 摘 要： | 本文在对金融监管的协调与合作的概念进行界定的基础上,对我国金融监管的协调与合作中存在的法律法规缺失、合作范围狭窄、配套措施不完善等问题进行了具体分析,并提出了完善金融监管立法、扩大金融监管协调合作的范围、逐步落实金融监管协调合作的配套措施等相应对策.

| Abstract: | Based on a definition of the boundary of the coordinated cooperation of China's financial supervision,the paper analyzes the problems that exist with it,such as incompleteness of laws and regulations, limited range of coordination,inconsistency of relevant measures,etc.and puts forward corresponding countermeasures in terms of perfecting legislation of financial supervision,enlarging the scope of coordinated cooperation,implimenting relevant measures. |
