经营者激励理论与企业家成长机理

摘    要:为了促进国有企业高层经营管理者向企业家的角色转变 ,文章建议 :设计年薪方案必须体现企业家人力资本价值化 ;高度重视高层管理者的现代知识培训 ;因事制宜地组合运用物质和非物质激励手段 ,提高其“公平”和“满意感” ;塑造尊重企业家创新精神的社会舆论氛围 ,褒扬和激励企业家“自觉努力”的敬业精神。

The Incentive Theory of Managers and the Growth Mechanism of Entrepreneurs
Abstract:To promote the shift from the roles of state enterprise administrative staff to those of entrepreneurs,it is proposed in this article that the annual salary program must reflect the value of the entrepreneurs' human labour capitalization; place strong emphasis on the new knowledge training of the administrative staff;apply the incentive means of material and spirit to enhance their “satisfaction”; create the public opinion atmosphere of respecting the innovation spirit of the entrepreneurs and praise the entrepreneurs' spirit of devoting themselves to work.
