凝聚法固定产丙烯腈水合酶菌株的研究

摘    要:本文使用阳离子聚丙烯酰胺直接固定产丙烯腈水合酶休眠菌株,使之凝聚成无定形微团,然后催化丙烯腈进行水合反应生成丙烯酰胺。并通过与海藻酸钡包埋法和游离细胞法的比较证明,本方法具有与底物接触表面积大、反应效率高、操作简便、稳定性好、投资少等特点。

Abstract:It was introduced that the dormancy cells of niteile hydratase were immobilized using the cationic polyacryla-mide flocculating the cells to micro-clusters, which were used tocatalyze the hydration of niteile to acrylamide. Compared with theimmobilized-cell in barium-alginate gel and free-cell, the method increased the reduced surface area of the cell clusters, thestability of the enzyme and the reaction rate, so the process was simplified and the cost was reduced.
