我国发展碳金融的路径选择

当前,低碳金融在低碳经济发展过程中的作用日益显著,我国作为世界第二大碳排放国,碳金融的发展则刚刚起步,面临诸多问题和挑战。如何结合我国国情促进碳金融的发展,已经成为当前经济发展中亟待解决的问题。在借鉴国外碳金融发展经验的基础上,深入分析了我国碳金融发展存在的主要问题,提出发展我国碳金融的基本路径和具有针对性的相关政策建议。

Path Choice on the Carbon Finance Development in China

Low-carbon financial plays a very important role in the process of low-carbon economy development currently.As the second biggest contributor of carbon in the world,the development of carbon finance in China has just started and faced lots of problems and challenges.How to promote the development of carbon finance combining the national conditions in China has become the urgent the problem in the current economy development.On the basis of taking the foreign carbon finance developing experience,this paper deeply analyzed the main problem existing in the carbon finance development in China and pointed out the basic path for developing carbon finance with some related suggestions.
